Thanks marbleycake ! I believe it does work, but I'll have to get a team/playtesters to test it and see if it works right now. The game doesn't print out any errors, so I assume it works just fine. |

There are a bunch of new QOL improvements coming like damage effects, ring effects when you collect them, rainbow rings glowing up and expanding, hints that give a player an idea of what to do in certain areas like in PA2, more camera cinematics, more secrets in stages, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
A bunch of issues from the original have been fixed.

So, I'm working on scripting an AI that follows the player around...
of course it's still in beta and may be buggy here and there. but this is my first time doing this in any game.
Edit: I plan to add this later in the game's updates because one, I'm still learning new things everyday, and two there's always room to improve on mechanics.
By the way it uses pathfinding. I'm going to attempt to test this again later, but for now I'm focusing on the Super-Speed section and the Alpha Stage.

Edit: The development on this game has been put on pause and it will be remade completely in the future. The reasons as to why is because the engine is not ready and I realized that a new game would work better. As of right now, there is no release date for Pyrite Adventure DX: The Remake (Demo 1).
