devlog begins soon (studio is not working on my computer right now) Though I have indeed created art for a 2d tutorial level. I am planning on making two versions of the game, One which is 2d and shorter for mobile, And one with the full game in MOSTLY NOT THE ENTIRETY Three Dimensional format. So Once roblox studio starts working, Ill include more updates as i progress

The problem with Roblox studio was that it wasn't connecting to the servers something like that. But I reinstalled it and I'm fine now.
Anyways, I'm doing some smooth progression with the tutorial stage and I won't share any pictures yet cause it's very very rough with no objects or anything like that but it's doing pretty good. I have to give a shout-out to this gap fill plugin I have because that's also some big help so far. I plan on getting this tutorial stage done by tomorrow as I'm not trying to rush development already but if I'm being honest, the level is not that long. I may extend it but I'm truly not sure what to do. But
TLDR, smooth progress, worries about short level, hopefully completed tutorial stage by tommorow

I'm having the same problems with Roblox studio again. The error message is that a connection cannot be established to the server I believe and I tried unblocking Roblox studio on my firewall and doing certain things that I won't go much detail into on here but it's still not working. I use a windows 7 PC and since the windows 7 community is kinda dying out then I'm not sure if anyone on here is going to be able to help me.. also I don't wanna keep reinstalling it since it takes so look to uninstall and reinstall it gets annoying sometimes.

sorry about your issues! i dont have that problem much. are you able to get into the game, at least? or does that not even work? is team create on? you could try turning that off. and if nothing else, if you're able to post on the devforums, maybe you could post something there. it's what i do when im having Roblox troubles. |

thank you for the response. Roblox studio has seemed to fix itself again but next time it happens I might as well just post on the dev forums like you said. (also thank you for the suggestions also!)

mid day update, since today is the weekend for me, I have made a lot of progress with the help with a few tutorials. I inserted a 2d camera, animated my own jump animation, edited some of the tutorial level,inserted a double jump, and used an R6 test dummy too see if morphs also work with the animations (they did). I'll probably try to finish up the tutorial level tommorow while adding some more key movement features.

Haven't updated this in a while but in the past few days I have added a dash type thing and added walljumping. I also added some more level hazards and tutorial level decorations. I plan on adding momentum and wall running soon.

No updates as of recent cause I haven't even been working on the game. The reason is because I've been helping my friend on a horror type game and I'm the main modeler for it. I still plan on working on the game and I will get to the momentum and wa running later today if I feel motivated enough

Anyways sorry for the lack of updates. Reason behind it is because I'm changing the games story and everything by a lot. Nothing will be the same from the last plot synopsis thing I made but I honestly think it's way better. And as of typing this I'm just seeing how the story would work out. I'm currently restarting (for the third time) progress on all levels I made in favor of the new story.
edit 1: I changed some very misspelled words because I was tired while typing this

changed this to unnamed devlog cause since the game is going through an entire rebrand right now, i think i would need a new name for the new direction this game is going in and i dont have one yet. Though i can confirm that i have a few ideas for names going around. I also can confirm i will probably update this later today like some random time at night (est)
